Have you ever tried Himalayan salt balls?

Balls are always good for massaging.

There's no scientific evidence to even remotely suggest it's any different from regular table salt as far as beneficial properties.

Unless you want salt on your skin for some cosmetic reason, they're no different from anything else that can massage tissue and muscle.

You can get acupuncture or massage balls very cheap on aliexpress. Himalayan salt I dunno, I have some, I use it as salt in the kitchen
