If you're looking to quit eventually you're doing great, I don't smoke anymore and my scense of smell and taste returning is actually worth it. But each to their own.

I don’t smoke anymore, I vape, but I used to go through a pack of 25s a day but a third of that packet goes towards the spin for the weed.
