Same here. It was the only thing that worked. Four years later I stopped vaping as well. I gradually cut the nicotine out.

@Jack4054 That's what I like about it. You can adjust the amount of nicotine you're getting.

@Bedeviled I totally agree. I know thousands have been able to quit smoking by vaping which is pretty harmless as nicotine is about as harmful as caffeine. BTW there is a lot of nicotine in tomatoes. Yet the FDA for some warped reason keeps trying to convince people that vaping is harmful and even worse than ciggs. Corruption is everywhere, just everywhere.
