@Sapio I have thought about it but is there really a point. He knows I dont believe him and he knows he didnt. I dont think a video will change that. He will still lie another time.

Interesting attitude. Assuming your reporting is accurate. But lets say it is..You do realise your relationship is already in the toilet and its not coming back any time soon. You are no longer a team and he is ducking out on you every bit as much as you are trying to score points off him. I pity the child, because you two are going to be too busy keeping score against each other to invest the time the child needs to be raised properly. Both of you will blame each other and the child will be lucky if it doesnt blame itself.
