Most people find that's how they feel (to varying degrees) in their late teens. By the time you reach your mid-twenties, you should have gained a lot more self-confidence. I'm not going to claim that life gets easier, but you'll be worrying more about other things (like kids and mortgages) and won't worry so much about the stuff that bothers you now. Or you can find yourself a strong partner to worry about those things for you.
