I Don't Like My Job and Need to Change It

Frankly, I don't hate my job. I like the work that I do. I enjoy it.
Though there are couple of things that spoil my fondness to it.

I have 2 bosses. The CEO and the Partner and it's like I were a pingpong ball caught in the middle of them.

I started fixing a spare room in my house to be my own office and decided to quit my office job soon.

Yes, I need a change from toxic to serene.
