I Can Handle The Truth

The truth is rarely pure and never simple.

Everyone sees who I appear to be but only a few know the real me. You only see what I choose to show. There's so much behind my smile you just don't know. How beautiful it is to stay silent when someone expects you to be enraged. Not everyone deserves to know the real us. Let them criticize who they think we are.
