I Am Curious

I'm not one to believe that good can come out of doing wrong. At least that's not what God's Word tells me. It says though, that "He that handles a matter wisely, shall find good out of it." Proberbs 16:20

I believe the Bible to be a Holy Spirit inspired, wise book of instruction, guidance, and inspiration. I've never once seen it lead anyone astray or down the wrong path. I've never read where anything good can cause bad results, or visa-versa. I guess that would determine how one perceived it, yet never have I witnessed good leading to bad.

I also don't feel two wrongs, make a right. I've noticed that God tells us to refrain from evil doings and wild imaginations. Not meaning your thoughts are, by any means, so please don't take it that way. Just for example sake. I believe He said that, because He knows how Satan can be so influential by suggesting we do wrong things, to trip us up in life. I believe that's another reason why He said to not lean on our own understanding, but by every word of God, so Satan cannot get a foothold on our lives and lead us astray. God knows how subtle and tricky our enemy is. In fact, Satan is referred to as the Author of Confusion. Jesus said, "There is a way that [i]seems[/i] right unto man, but the end thereof, is death." Proberbs 14:12 There are many paths to choose from, however the wrong path never leads to good. Jesus said the wrong path leads to destruction. I believe Him. "A double-minded man is unstable in ALL his ways." James 1:8

good or bad is only by pre-defined standards... some one scripted and defined them in scriptures and we follow it blindly without analysing what was said was just or not .. Reason why we are in such a conflict, where we suspect the good since its unusual and brand it as bad and never let it grow. But yeah, like light and dark evolves, nothing is static in LIFE.. everything evolves and goes through seasons.

agreed, there is never any knowing for sure, the best laid plans of mice and men and all that. in life were just wandering around in the dark doing our best with our fingers crossed hoping stuff turns out ok

Sounds like life to me. Like a box of chocolates...haha

Interesting thought. I don't see why mistakes can't lead to something much better than the original direction.

Right and wrong is not standard for everyone! We everyone are individual.
