I Am Upset

just picked up my laptop from the shop.Now I have a new problem. My spacebar only works when I press hard in the middle😠

Take it back. If you have a bottle of compressed air, you can try spraying that under the space bar. Do not use a vacuum to clean it in anyway. You could also hold the laptop on its side and blow hard into the area under the space bar as well. Depending upon what you brought it in for, they may have removed the keyboard (which is rather easy) and didn't put it back on correctly.

Uh oh, but at least that should be easy to fix though. But it's annoying when you have got it home and suddenly discover that.

@iamnikki Good idea, but it really should take the guy a couple of minutes to click it into place, unless it got damage when he was fixing it.

@iamnikki They snap out pretty easily, and sometimes don't get snapped back in correctly. Some laptops you have to remove the whole keyboard to clean it.

@breakurselfagainstmystones this is ridiculous. Ishould have checked it before leaving but my issue was the wifi card. which was replaced.
