Yay manager got back to me. If the noise continues he will come up tonight and talk to them.

I told him one time he should come up around 9:30 when it regularly begins because its bad.

Ugh i dont even know what to do... earlier i ran up and down the hallway to show em what it sounds like... notified the manager of the building that this is ridiculous!?!

My Son used to get scared and wake up thinking the loud noises were monsters...

Lol I was ready for bed hours ago. Now im all fuming.

@SW-User there is literally no where to move to in the town i live in. In a few months I hope to move to a city but these things take time and money.
