Have you ever tried cookies made with beer

I'm trying to see what I can do. I'm going for a Shiner Bock cookie

Ummmm...I'm not sure how you incorporate liquid. Maybe try spices that mimic the notes in the beer.

I was able to do it. Just threw in the first batch to see how they cook :)

@Lizabee: it wasn't runny at all. I did a simple oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and they turned out pretty good. I don't really notice the alcohol. I might go with an Amber bock next time
