What is the appropriate number of double stuffed Oreo cookies one shall eat as a substitute for lunch?

@REMsleep oh i love those too. Why no chocolate tho? Do you eat carob?

@SStarfish I only taste the bitter in chocolate. I can taste the good part too but for me the bitter is quickly nasty even in watered down milk chocolate.
So I can eat maybe one piece or a few peanut M and Ms and like them but even one whole Chips Ahoy has too much chocolate in one cookie.
I love the smell of chocolate.
I like chocolate covered expresso beans in moderation.
