Mmmm😌 ♨️🍝string zucchini and cheese smells like macaroni and cheese

@curiosi I’ve made cauliflower-crust pizza and it tastes good but there is a slight aftertaste. I wouldn’t want to have cauliflower “mashed potatoes”. But am seriously thinking of making Buffalo chicken bites with cauliflower because I’ve seen on a show children trying them and thinking it was real chicken, they liked them and they didn’t like the other substitute foods they were offered.

@cherokeepatti i've made those once. i didnt think they were good at all and it was a lot of trouble to make them too.

@Lostpoet oh and i think zoodles are good with chopped tomato and shredded parm plus salt pepper oregano and basil eta and you cant forget the fresh minced garlic

@Sheer I can’t have gluten so zucchini would be good for me. It picks up the flavors of whatever it’ seasoned and cooked with. I have made stuffed baked zucchini with pizza toppings and it’s really good.
