I was visiting Brussels in Belgium and I came across this market selling different African foods. The one I tried I can't remember the name of the Dish, but it was Rice and Sardine fish. I was reluctant to try it, but it was actually quite nice. It came from Central Africa so it might be particular to Ethiopia maybe.
