@amandra I think it’s something different. I do have arthritis but eating wheat bread was making a pain in my hip that felt like a big needle in the joint. When I was working on my feet as a greeter it got worse & worse felt like fire shooting down my leg. Stopped eating bread for awhile and it went away. Started eating bread, spaghetti, and baked goods and it came back.

Hmmmmmmmm. That's interesting! :o I wonder if it's really the wheat or if something was on that wheat :o I'll ask my friends about that ☺ thank you for sharing that! ❤

@amandra No, they're definitely not sweet nor salty actually. They can be very bitter though to my taste. They're literally baby cabbages, sorta, but I like cabbage. Weird! 😄
