Which Chinese soup type is best?

Egg drop with wontons. 😁

I like egg drop but the best type of egg drop was only served at one of dozens of Chinese restaurants I’ve been too. The woman put sweet corn scraped from the cob in that soup and it had nice little crunchy bits of sweet corn in it, really really good.

My favorite is hot and sour
