a good risotto is amazing - I'd go for the Egg and Pancetta myself, but they all sound great

If it’s cold and you need something to make you feel happy and warm: egg and pancetta.

If you are in the mood for something earthy, the mushrooms and truffle.

As risotto contains rice, I wouldn't eat any completely. But going by the other ingredients, I'd go for the salted egg and pancetta.

Think of the flavours you would like with soggy rice cooked in lots of onion and wine.
