Who likes eating extremely spicy food and Chili Peppers?

Last summer I grew some jalapeno peppers and serrano peppers.

This coming spring I am hoping to grow some more jalapeno peppers and serrano peppers I also want to try growing cayenne peppers, orange habanero peppers, red habanero peppers, black, habanero peppers, maybe some ghost peppers and maybe some Carolina Reapers

I want to learn how to make some decent hot pepper Jam have a recipe from my dad's grandmother and we usually make mild pepper Jam because no one really in my family likes to eat really spicy hot pepper Jam however there are one or two people in my family that like extra spicy so I'm going to try it this year I also want to try to make some decent salsa and maybe a dry rub for steaks by drying out the peppers

Good luck with the peppers. Be careful working with the habaneros, ghost peppers, and Carolina Reapers. Do not touch your eyes or mucous membranes, or you will be in some pain. In fact, it is probably a good idea to use gloves when processing.

@Jeremazing I keep some Dave's Insanity Sauce around for seasoning.
