Did you ever burn a easy dish to cook?

I’ve burned many dishes my mum told me to handle in the past because I’m pretty absent minded

I burn boiling water. It’s a skill.

If I leave it unattended for too long

So so many things. Lol

I'm more likely to wreck easy stuff than hard stuff - I get over-confident.

Oatmeal once. I was distracted. 😓

I recently burned pasta then put it down the garbage disposal.
