My eating habits are changing

Growing up i had bad eating habits. I loved hot cheetohs and lots of fried foods and candy and lots of other bad things. Lately i know what foods to eat in order to feel clean inside and look clean.
Ofcourse fruits like oranges and peaches any kind really help. Then sandwiches with turkey those kinds of foods. But what helps too is fasting a bit. Drinking lots of water or fruit juice. I dont drink soda nor eat chips anymore. I don't like candy anymore i prefer dried fruit or gummy snacks With fruit juice. I think fasting could help keep somebody young because i met a sweet persian women in her 40s who i thought was 20 and had given me lots of advice on that matter. Lots of bad foods outthere cause bad circiluation in the blood causing one to feel sickly slow dirty inside. It is best to keep your blood nice and fluid instead of thick by eating greasy or overly salty food. I also listen to my body and how it feels after a meal. Clean foods keep me feeling refreshed and alert bad foods make my blood feel thick and slow and bloated with a bit of nauasia and unmotivated dirty feeling

Fruit juice isn’t exactly a great option though. Lots of sugar and unlike whole fruit no fibers to regulate its absorption.
@SW-User thats what i heard. I actually drink juice along with water or tea. Usually i look at the ingrediants to see if sugar was added. But thats true juice isnt always good just by itself
