What's the difference between chicken tenders and chicken strips?

Oneis a sore chicken and the other is doing a striptease . Those aren't bad but I'm not sure how chickens grew fingers

I’m pretty sure tenders are like the crunchy kind that are nice and strips are just soft lil long chicken nuggets
