Have you ever made Zoodles?

Zucchini noodles

Not yet. I feel like I need to buy that one spiraler thing first.

@SW-User Do you have a veggie spiraler? If I may be presumptuous, I will give you a few hints based on my experience. Zoodles make and hold A LOT of water. Many people boil them and they end up a soupy, slimy mess. I prefer to spiral it, line a collander with paper towels and pat them dry, let them sit and do again about 15 min later, and then cook them in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Once the noodles and pan are good and hot, you can either saute to tender-crisp and remove them (how I like them) or put the lid on and allow the steam to soften them further. Regardless of how you do it, you'll still have a good amount of water under them so I'd suggest a bowl rather than a plate. Enjoy! ☺

I've never even heard of them before this.
Raythedevil · 56-60, M
@SW-User Yes, I caught that part, I've seen cauliflower noodles made in an infomercial for a food processor, but not zucchini.
SW-User
@Raythedevil I will you know how they turn out.
Raythedevil · 56-60, M
@SW-User Ok, but no need to single me out.
