Do you enjoy making pickles? 🤔

If so, what did you last make? I just made some pickled sweet and hot peppers and onions for sandwiches, initially intended for some homemade Philly Cheesesteaks though I don't doubt they'll end up being used on all kinds of sandwiches. Is how it usually goes 'round these parts.

Each jar contains roughly 2 large jalapenos, 1 habanero, 2 bell peppers and 1 sweet onion along with several cloves of minced garlic. Apple cider vinegar, a bit of sugar and some pickling spice along with a touch of dill for the pickling liquid.

@Gangstress Philly Cheesesteak is basically just very thinly sliced steak, fried up and then provolone melted into it and served on a roll with pickled hot and sweet peppers. Onions are optional. Also good with whole roasted cloves of garlic, fried mushrooms or spinach added to the cheese and meat mixture. My SIL likes 'em with slices of tomato sometimes too. Add all the fixin's and it's like a full hearty dinner in a sandwich.
