Those of you who eat mayo, what kind of mayo do you use?

Miracle whip isn’t mayonnaise. It’s a sauce of sorts.

Grew up on Hellman's, when I was married to first wife she had grown up on Blue Plate so we used it and my wife now uses Kraft so we use Kraft

Hellmans only. The canola version tastes virtually the same as the full fat version.
