@katielass Yesss. Traditionally made with minced lamb, but a lot of people do it with pork or beef as well. Works with any of 'em. Needs to be something with a bit of grease though, so it almost butters the bottom of the potatoes with meat grease. It's heart-stopping deliciousness.
