How you feel about yourself is in your mind. How you look is controlled by weight watching and exercise. In either case how you feel is up to you. My wife and I are in our 60's and both very happy with how we look and feel. We do not worry about what others think and even posted our photos on "I Support Body Positivity"

Bitter much?

You may not like the way you look but that does'nt mean you can't be body positive. Form a positive body image and make that your target. Diet and exercise can get you where you want to be if you think in a body positive way. If you are forlorn and give up as though nothing can change then that will be what you accept.

Your physical appearance is merely one aspect of who you are.

If you want to be happy and content, you should avoid letting yourself get caught up in whatever bullshit the media is pushing.
