I Have Trust Issues
Isn't it any wonder? The aide at the refuge have me many skills to ponder and talking behind the process of sublimation. Trust can be rebuilt when I have faith in people.

Good luck with that....there are so few people you're going to be able to have faith in. They will screw you over to serve themselves every time, mark my words.
The world is not the same place it was before and to believe differently is dangerous.
Who says you have to trust people anyway?
Lower your expectations and decide ahead of time if you can't trust them, what it going to do to you?
If you're methodical and thoughtful, you'll be stronger and better off for it.
If you find someone who proves themselves trust worthy, consider yourself lucky.

Trust is hard to gain if you felt you weren't given that. Yes, faith can help (I'm not religious, maybe in some way spiritual) but the concepts are circular of trust and faith, so I wish you only the most health and you find what you seek.
Its all about knowing the people pretty well before you can really trust someone. Everyone eventually shows their true colors given enough time.
