I Need to Get My Drivers License

for a heavy vehicle. I failed to keep up with technology in Electronics and Programming, so I now need to do something completely different. I'm on a tight budget, so I don't think I'll get my EC licence (full "big rig").
I will try an EC1 license (rigid truck with heavy trailer). The lowest I'll go to is a C license (rigid truck no trailer).

I want to learn to drive a non-synchronised gearbox and pneumatic brakes.
