Sadly, there is much too much tension in the branches of Christianity. But that is because of man's doctrines getting in the way. True and unadulturated Christianity is following Christ alone, and there is to be unity in that by His Spirit. My friend, the ugliness that is seen in religion though does not make Christ untrue....it just makes man that much uglier and in need of the Cross.

@ANewCovenant Very true. Christ's message is simple; mankind has complicated it. Love one another: what could be more simple than that? (but not always easy to do! -remind me when next my husband and I have a disagreement!)
