I totally understand. If it wasn't for my cats and old dog, once upon a time, I would of gave-up. But after a long hard day to come home to all of them and get their love... all was right with the world.

I would rather deal with animals then humans some days. Wish I had a dog. Just don't have the time for one though. Animals make great company.

@Goldengirl22 Yes they are a responsibility that requires time and patience. I love animals but people not so much. Lol. I sincerely hope you get to the point where you can get a dog. They have so much love to give.
