No,I have not gone off my head,I am an expectant mother and I cannot wait to hear the patter of little paws!.
I am waiting the arrival of a suitable older dog.Since my little Petal passed away three years ago,I have been fretting for another dog,but was too afraid to have to go through the grief that looms when they do eventually leave me and as a friend told me, the only way to avoid the pain of loss is never to love again.
I want a small dog I can cuddle and who will sleep on my bed,so I can hear her breathe and make little noises as she sleeps.I finally made up my mind and now the ball is rolling and any day now,the "baby" will arrive and I feel SO HAPPY!
