Work Stress is Growing!! [I Am Stressing]

Today my owner and I had a business meeting and he informed me I needed to let someone go from my sales team on Friday. The sales force just got back to work a couple weeks ago but our accounts are purchasing less. The sales people are on commission so low sales mean small paychecks, I thought we could get through August before making cuts. Now I have to do it by Friday and it is stressful and I am messing with someones life but truthfully it has to be done.
