How should I view my experience with LSD? [I Have Used Lsd]

I been experimenting with a good friend and well I my last trip at least in my own head went insanely sexual. It seemed one sided. She doesn’t recall anything and I can only assume it was a hallucination. That’s not the issue. It’s the mindset. I tend to have an over thinking mindset so not sure how to view something? Sometimes I joke about wanting an lsd therapist. It be nice.
