I Am a Mother

I am the mother of twin sons that we adopted from birth. No mother could love her children more than I do my sons. I am surprised and honored to see my previous avatar on this group.

I had a friend that I grew up with who was adopted. He was a very good tennis player as well as a good piano player. One day he was playing & his Mom said “Your real mother was a very good piano player as well”. He turned, looked at her and said, “No…..you are my real mother”. I’ll never forget that….and I’ll always remember that an adoptive parent is very much a “real parent” to any child they adopt.

Bless you!! Everyone these days is so eager to give an animal a "forever home" -- but children languish in foster care while, rather than just adopt, couples are doing stuff like IVF which kills multiple fetal human beings!
