I Am Trying to Be a Better Christian
I just joined 6ish "Christian" something or other groups on here. This seems like the best 1 to say what I have to say. I am slightly paraphrasing a few sentences I recently read in a book. I have been on both sides of what I'm about to preach against.
There is nothing worse than when an adult spills their soul to another adult and in the apparent belief that 1 or both of them are grade schoolers in a grade school Sunday school class, gives a grade school Sunday school response.
There is a time and a place for grade school Sunday school catchphrases. That time is when 1 or both people in the conversation is in grade school. Not when an adult is sharing with another adult about an adult issue, situation, or problem.
