I Have Always Had Vivid Dreams With Repetitive Dreams

Dreams for me are confusing. The good dreams I rarely remember, especially when I wake up, but for some reason, I am feeling good thereafter. It's the nightmares that always come back to me with a vengeance. There are many that I remember from my childhood, as they return from time to time in either my seizures, my thoughts, or even in my future dreams. They tug at me. It is those that make days difficult for me at times.

Recently, I dreamt of the two dearest people of my life who have passed away. Not dreams of the memories I have of them, but dreams that are haunting. Dreams that leave my heart & mind with aches. I see their eyes so dark & empty. I see their hearts without a beat. I see the skeletons of their hands. I hear their voices, but don't know what they are saying. The dream I had two nights ago was the same, and I'm still shaken with confusion from it today. What they are trying to tell me, I do not know. All I can do is press myself to remember the times we've had together. The love that we've shared. And the way they have kept my heart beating. I miss that terribly.
