@Painx did the thief on the cross repent or just say “Jesus remember me when you come into your kingdom” ....pretty sure he didn’t recite the 4 spiritual laws cause wait ,....THE NEW TESTAMENT wasn’t even written yet.

how about Saul who committed suicide “threw himself on his sword” and Samuel prophesies to him “ just as the Lord predicted through me ...today you will be given over to the philistines and you and your sons will be with me ( 1st samuel 28:19)

jesus didn’t even die for sins yet and saul who royally sinned and consulted an occult medium goes to heaven

idk man...the bible is full of mystery but Gods love and mercy gets you in

The thief in the crosss was sorry for the wrong things he has done in his life, Jesus forgive the woman who committed adultery by saying “go and sin no more” he never said “go, be kind and love” that will not get you into heaven when the Bible makes it clear about repenting tho yes love and kind is also a part of our life when following our Lord Jesus Christ

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

“I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”

Good works won’t get you into heave, anyone can be love and kind but their good deeds are FAR beyond God standards, for we have all fallen short in the Glory of God

“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”

I tell you brother, be not confuse about it and repent of your sins and follow the Lord Jesus Christ daily by picking up your cross, being good and kind don’t meet God standards when his are far beyond ours when we all have fallen short

If I only show love and kind to a homosexual but I never told him/her the truth about Jesus and turning away from sin, his/her blood will be on my hands for what profits do I gain for me to go to heaven and for her/him to go to hell?

The Bible isn’t a mystery brother when it’s all clearly there, God shows Marcy but that doesn’t mean you won’y be judge thinking you’re a good person while haven’t repented of your sin

@SW-User Ok so before Jesus even died on the cross people were going to heaven....the whole old testament is filled with people like Abraham etc....now I'm going to use Jesus/love interchangeably because Satan cannot duplicate love and mercy...1 Corinthians 13 right? and so what if people are living like Jesus but have never said His name before. What if you are born deaf, blind and mute and you don't even have the bible or the Holy Spirit giving revelation? also...theif on the cross. people hate that story but whose to say with your last breath as you are dying you see Jesus and he says " oh yeah thats me ...all the love you have been sharing with people....you get to come through me now and be saved...good job......like the Roman Centurion who "feared God and gave alms to the poor'. He met Jesus through Peter but before that he still had favour with God....I dont have all the answers and this life is a mystery but God can be found in many places as long as worship "reflects who He is"

@thedarkshadow It sounds like a good god. I don't think I will be surprised since I lean towards agnosticism. I would just hug God.

haha it's the best feeling for sure. I think everyone has spiritual moments and one I had was when it was pouring rain, I was downtown in the city, my wife had just left me and I remember whispering "God I could really use a hug right now" and then it happened and when I even went to bed that night the next day I woke up and He was still in the room giving me this massive hug. keep living in love friend!
