I Try to Be Kind to Everyone

I think kindness it so underrated. There is A LOT to be said for a kind word, the touch of a hand, a hug or even a smile. I'm not sure people realise just how much such a simple act of kindness can mean to someone who is in turmoil.

I try to cultivate kindness to those around me and hopefully one day I may even master being kind to myself too!
