I Am a Lesbian

I am sorry but we will all get our hearts broken at some time (by both males and females). Eventually, we pick ourselves up (took a while for me each time) and go back into the dating game. Why? Because when we find that special person it's worth the risk. I am glad I am not in my 20s anymore - too much drama with the dating thing at that age ! People too casual with other people's feelings until they settle down.

You will find your special person eventually. Give yourself time to get back on your feet, spend time with your friends and don't be too "desperate" to find a partner - you won't be in a good place now and may complicate something that in few months time could really work for you both.

On another angle - I once was too keen to find a new partner and got involved with somebody that otherwise I would have avoided and ended up in more misery than ever...
