I have one for now that I designed, and yes for now. It's a large skull with a dagger in front pointed downward with blood dripping off the blade and skull harlequin masks, one on each side of the blade. Each part has a meaning. Got it when my old Army unit was being disbanded and the commanding officer came to me knowing I was an artist with a request for a tat design we could all get. All 32 of us got it on our left shoulder.
