When the wind blew the latina girls' skirts up in Phoenix.
I didn't see anything but laughed more at her boyfriend yelling at her, "I [i]told[/i] you to wear underwear!"

Daily, always someone wearing socks and sandles/crocs

Every day all day.

At least it makes a point.
