From the point of view from a gay women I think maybe my opinion may be another side of things, if shedding weight makes you happy do it but only for you. I do think it could be a cool different look for a guy to rock a belly ring stand out be unique maybe a black ring or sliver or gold w a skull idk just tossing out ideas. I do think it would be something different to be a guy and have a bellybutton ring I have known a few who have had one so it’s not a never happens type of thing just depends who u know I guess
