It depends on the guy, but they can't be super tight. Plus I wouldn't call them hot on a guy...maybe passable

Yeah- why not if they wish to. Life is too short not to live it and be happy. If he wants to wear leggings, or tights, go for it.

I don't spend much time worrying about what other guys are wearing. There are more important things to me. I feel like that would interact badly with leg hair for some reason, though.

It's not new. Robin Hood and his Merry Men started it in the Olden Days. It looked silly then. They also had beards....

In the winter time I wear Thermal Underwear pants. Actually, they are leggings.
