I Like Holding Hands

Sometimes I sit and wonder what it would be like to hold someones hand and walk down a lovely beach again. To feel him squeeze my hand gently as he looks into my eyes...I miss that. I miss the simple touch of another human being that cares for me.
Take my hand my love,
Walk with me down the beach.
Together sharing what life is all about,
I think sometimes this dream is out of my reach.

Simply things makes our life beautiful...a small gesture can make you feel so nice and complete.. Even if it is out of your reach now don't give up... Because in the end you will find what you are looking for and it will worth the effort :)

Your post reminds me of my favourite poem : Matthew Arnold's "Dover Beach":
"The sea is calm tonight.
The tide is full, the moon lies fair
Upon the straits; on the French coast the light
Gleams and is gone; the cliffs of England stand
Glimmering and vast, out in the tranquil bay.
Come to the window,sweet is the night air!"
I too would like to stand with a romantic girl, holding hands in that setting.
