First, Ask them nicely.
Second, ask again.
Third time, get a tire valve tool and start letting out some air. Not all mind you, just enough to play mind games with them. (They'll be thinking they've got a slow leak.)
It happened to me twice in my life-time and it drove them crazy!!!
