I Am Enjoying Being A Muslim

[Quran 6:162]
Say. Surely my prayer, my sacrifice, my life, and my death are (all) from God, The Master of The Worlds.
[Quran 18:23-24]
Never say of anything, "indeed I will do that tomorrow", except with adding, "if God wills"
I am exactly where God wants me to be right now, every experience is part of His divine plan. There's no Might nor Power except with God. Faith is trusting God even when we don't understand His plan. I learned that my prayers are never wasted. I never know when, where, or how God is going to answer. But I know for sure that He will answer.

So what happens if you die?

@Madeleine what I'm asking is,

What is good and bad, according to God?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@midnightsun It's a good question, but it requires pages to answer. In a nutshell, good and bad are of two types:

1. The good and bad that is embedded in us since we were born. For instance, stealing, lying, killing..etc are all bad behaviors that every human being knows it's bad. Also, being kind, respectful, honest..etc are all good behaviors that every person knows regardless of their religion/faith.

2. The good and the bad that God commanded us to do and to stay away from via His revelation. For instance, in the Quran God commanded us to pray, to fast, to give charity to the poor. Also, commanded us to stay away from drinking alcohol, from eating pork.

So, the righteous person according to God is someone who gives the rights of God and the rights of fellow human beings.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

Hi, sister, are you a convert?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@DrMike I was born in a Muslim family. But I chose to be Muslim when I understood Islam.
