I Am Enjoying Being A Muslim

To get what I love, I must first be patient with I hate. I learned that patience is a pillar of faith.

It's difficult to be patient, but to waste the reward of patience is worse. Two things define us: our patience when we have nothing, and our attitude when we have everything. Allah is the ultimate in patience. Allah never hastens and never hurries. He is the Steadfast. He is the Persevering. The One of perfect timing. Allah never said the road would be easy, but He said that I will be with those who have patience.

Sorry, totally irrelevant question but just popped up in my brain. Do you baptize babies in Islam?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@MaliaAgain Feel free to ask me anything related to Islam. Absolutely anything.

No, we do not baptize babies in Islam, because we believe that human beings born innocent, without sin.
MaliaAgain · 36-40, F
Oh that's so much better than Catholics. I'm kind of the black sheep of my family because I have not baptized my kiddo

@MaliaAgain It's normal to be criticized for what you believe in. I don't understand why we have to follow something just because people around us do.

What are your thoughts on the release of the Christian lady in Pakistan?
Don't you think its evil the way the Muslims have treat her?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@TheWildEcho I don't agree with how she was treated. It is not Islamic. Overall, people do terrible things around the world from all religious backgrounds.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@Madeleine yes, but I'm very glad I don't live in a Muslim country
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@TheWildEcho Maybe you want to rethink this statement. Because there's no country in the world that is considered Islamic.
