I Have Done Things I Am Not Proud of

A clever man once said 'A life without regret is no life at all !'
Well. God knows I have my regrets!
A whole bunch of things I'm not proud of!
But I guess you either let them get to you, causing inertia and sadness. Or you try and find a way to live with them in the hope you don't commit the Cardinal sin of repeating them!!
