I Want to Be Positive About Life

I still feel anxious about the future, but (as I predicted) the feeling is passing. I feel a little better now. I go through this every so often - I do better if I can remember that it does pass.

I know the feeling. I have social anxiety and feel so neurotic sometimes. Sometimes I feel anxious about the next hour or couple of hours when I go somewhere. Often feel better after about 20 minutes or so and realize I am only having neutral or positive experiences
