What we do is we pick ourselves up and say " We will not let them win" They had the past we have the future and we will never let them win we have to be strong no matter what because if we fall it means they win and that is a no no. So whatever it takes we must overcome.

To be abusive themselves or to be clingy and unsure of self
Suppressed anger
Loneliness
Rejection
How to hide

That the very people that brought you into the world tried to take you out of the world. They get away got free while we well I suffered,

That parents can have some serious psychological challenges.

That I have need for psychological help.
